Text Message Consent and Opt-Out

You authorize HealthDyne to deliver healthcare messaging to the wireless number you used when enrolling in mail order including but not limited to order shipment and delivery updates, as well as other communications related to your prescription order. These messages may be automated text message alerts sent using automated dialing technology. HealthDyne does not charge for the Service, but your cellular carrier may charge message and data rates for such messages.

You are not required to become a User of the Service or enter into this Agreement to obtain prescriptions, to purchase products from HealthDyne, or to obtain any other goods or services. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message. For help, contact us at 800-406-7500.
